Purpose of the role:
The key purpose of the Inside Sales Executive is to process customer orders whilst creating and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with both existing and potential customers. SAP experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Processing customer enquires and orders - input into PIC and SAP
* Liaising with overseas mills and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Liaising with the finance team to resolve any credit issues/requirements
* Running sales reports
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including Maths and English
* At least 1 year experience working in a customer services order processing environment

* Strong Communicator
* Good I.T. Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP experience)
* Good attention to detail
* Flexibility to adapt
* Ability to work under pressure
