They are currently looking for a Technical Conveyancing Specialist to join their property team. The successful applicant will enjoy remote working and fantastic company benefits.
Duties
* Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
* Communicate effectively to clients, lenders and colleagues
* Prioritising work to meet the needs of the business
* Providing effective management of complex matters
* Keeping procedural and property law knowledge up to date
* Supporting junior staff
* Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
* Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You
* You must have vast, strong experience with Residential Conveyancing
* Have a strong understanding of property law and practice
* Ability to resolve issues for the best commercial outcome
* Understanding what needs to be done to ensure the firm achieves accreditation from relevant external bodies, for example Lexcel, IIP etc.
* Accessible and responsive to colleagues and clients
* Ability to manage a workload effectively
* Ability to assess risk when making decisions
* Require minimal supervision
* Enthusiasm for the industry
* Proactive and self-motivated

* Annual salary up to £42,000
* Remote working, linked to the Lincoln office
* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
