A friendly and growing business based in St Albans is looking for a driven and hard working Accounts Manager to join their team and lead and motivate the team of transactional staff. You will be supported by a great Management team and be responsible for timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the ledgers.
  
Main Responsibilities for the Accounts Manager will be:
* Lead and motivate the team
* Full ownership and oversight of all Accounts Payable process’
* Monthly preparation and review of supplier statements
* Supporting the preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments
* Oversight of credit control process and AR reporting
You will:
* Have previous management experience
* Have proven experience of AP, AR and GL
* Have strong communication skills
* Have a positive disposition
