About the Role
ROLE: Deputy Hotel Manager
Location: Dartford
Salary: Circa £35’000 to £36’000
This is a 2-star site with conferencing and meeting room, servicing corporate customers. Complemented with an onsite F&B operation, sun terrace, spacious parking and 125 rooms.
We are searching for a passionate Assistant General Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager to join and support the General Manager drive growth, team development and customer experience.
You will be an individual who can help the teams deliver exceptional customer experience levels and high housekeeping operations coupled with strong training and people development focused skills.
Deputy Hotel Manager - What Experience Do You Need?
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager of a fast paced Hotel.
* Commercial acumen.
* An eye for detail.
* Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
* Imagination and a ’think out of the box’ personality.
* Forward thinking.
* The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
It is essential you have the aptitude and creative outgoing personality we are seeking – you must naturally be a leader and one that goes ’above and beyond’.
