Job Description:
FJA are looking to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator to join our client’s team within the Utilities sector on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The successful Customer Support Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Customer Support Coordinator role:
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to relevant departments
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
* You will educate our customers on the importance of water efficiency, fostering a positive change in their water usage habits
* Close collaboration with our expert Leakage Engineers and partners to swiftly resolve any issues
* Maintaining accurate records in our SAP database, ensuring that the progress of our engineers’ work is up to date
The Successful Customer Support Coordinator:
* Proven experience in customer service or a related field
* A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves travel to our offices in Swansea (2 days/week), Cardiff (2 days/week), and the flexibility to work from home one day a week (Site visits may also be part of the job)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Team Player, with a flexible, positive attitude, and enjoy supporting your colleagues
* This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for helping others
* Experience with databases like SAP and proficiency in MS Office Suite
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including English and Maths or equivalent
 
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Water Systems: Understanding water supply and leakage is a plus, but don’t worry—full training will be provided!
