Sales Administrator | £25k to £30k | Long Eaton | Fully Office Based
8:30am to 4:30pm

We are currently recruting for an experienced and charismatic Sales Administrator to join a thriving business based in Long Eaton. The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing the customer journey from start to finish, aswell as processing invoices and driving business growth!

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

The finer elements of the role include:

- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
