* A fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success.
* Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in mortgage advice, with a strong understanding of current market trends and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively.
