Executive Assistant / Investor Relations
West End Hybrid 4:1
£65000 - £80,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the world’s leading financial services firms. Currently they are looking to recruit an outstanding EA / Project Coordinator to join the Client Product Solutions team that supports fundraising for the business. The role is newly created and so presents opportunity to really build out with the right person.
This role is heavily project based and will require great skill in coordinating, scheduling and mapping to drive fundraising roadshows, AGMs, conferences etc. In addition you will be coordinating high volumes of "limited partner" meetings across the deal teams. There will be a lot of EA work involved, but typically this role will be project based with extensive diary management. The roadshows enable key clients and investors to meet with the team, enabling great business development.
This is not a traditional EA role and will have lots of "moving parts", requiring adaptability to last minute change.
The right person for this role will have an EA background, project coordination experience as well as a good grounding in investor relations and roadshow management. Your expertise will be around complex diary management and stakeholder engagement.
This would suit an Executive Assistant who loves the variety of projects and events and has the gravitas and motivation to "own" this newly created role and make an impact across the team.
You will work on a hybrid model with 1 day working from home.
Salary is dependent on experience.
