The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, to work for a well-established global Food business based at their Bristol site.
Working as part of a team, your role will be a mixture of reactive and planned preventive maintenance work, along side continuous improvements and projects.
This role would suit an apprentice trained electrical maintenance / electrician, looking to break into the food / FMCG / manufacturing sector, with a supportive management team that will invest the necessary time to upskill.

Responsibilities
- Electrical & mechanical diagnostic/ fault finding techniques on automated processing and packaging lines
- Awareness of Production OEE’s and strive to make improvements to the OEE’s.
- H&S checks and equipment compliant, in place and working.
- Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Routine maintenance and monitoring of production machinery, and ensure all tasks are carried out and/or recorded in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in projects as and when required.
Candidate Expectation
- Apprentice trained or equivalent to level 3 (electrical).
- ’Can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn will go a long way!
- Ideally with some exposure to manufacturing / production environments, although a full training program is offered.
