Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation based in Chipping Norton to recruit a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will receive a salary between £35,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and private medical!
Applicants who are part qualified and fully qualified will be considered for this role.
Primary responsibilities;
* Production of detailed company monthly management accounts in UK GAAP format within the group’s reporting timetable.
* Where required, travel and or work from sites.
* Strong multi-bank account and cash management skills.
* Liaise with satellite staff who are responsible for sales invoices and jointly manage the AP/AR controller at head office.
* Analyse operational performance data on current and past trends to include revenue streams, cost of sales & production costs.
* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causal variances.
* Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, using planning and modelling tools in conjunction with senior management.
* Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis.
* Quarterly and monthly financial reports.
* Liaise with and support business units to drive operational/production efficiencies
* Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
* Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Key experience and attributes;
* Part or Fully Qualified Accountant
* Strong Management Accounts experience
* Proactive individual
* Experience in a multi revenue stream business.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to operate within a small finance function
