The school offers a wealth of support, and you would be closely working with the SENCO, Senior Leadership and Classroom Teachers to enhance the outcomes for their students. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above who has relevant experience in tutoring or working with children and loves to see the progression of students in the classroom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students, contributing to the overall educational experience.
Some of your day to day tasks will include:
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Providing one-on-one or small initiatives and interventions with students
* Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities
* Aid in the planning and preparation of classroom lessons
* Help with classroom management and organisation
