I am currently working with a reputable and well respected National law firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer/Conveyancer to join their busy property team in Shrewsbury.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
* Ability to run a file from inception to completion.
* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
* Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
* To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
