This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a People Partner HR Generalist working within a pleasurable, engaging and liberal public sector organisation. This role will be based in Cambridge shire offering Hybrid/agile working, However travel is essential to other sites across Cambridge shire you would require a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

At least 2 years experience as a HR Generalist 

Main Key Responsibilities 

* Must have a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or actively working towards, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
* Central of Cambridgeshire
* Coaching and influencing managers from a people perspective, developing their people management and leadership skills.
* Being visible and proactive in building effective and credible working relationships with managers, employees, and representative bodies
* Working in collaboration with colleagues from the wider People Group and other stakeholders as appropriate
