Teaching Assistant Opportunity - Bridgend School
Join our compassionate team in Bridgend, where we are committed to nurturing and supporting primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as those facing trauma and exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Position Overview:
* Location: Bridgend
* Pupils: Up to 140 primary-aged students
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Rate: £12.82/hr (inclusive of holiday pay)
* Contract: Term time only, with weekly pay - available from September 2024
* Flexibility: Flexible shifts and ad-hoc cover
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within SEND settings
* Strong behaviour management skills
* An empathetic approach to the complex needs of the children
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Mandatory Credentials:
* Full registration with REED
