Cherry Professional are recruiting for Sales Coordinator for an established and growing company in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within Sales Coordination, Bid Administration and have a Valid UK driving licence.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience within a similar role 
- Valid UK driving licence 
- Good knowledge of using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software
- Fantastic organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients
- Knowledge of Health and Safety within the Construction / Building sector 

Key details: 

- Assisting the Business Development Manager and Bid Manager with sales and business development activities
- Coordinating sales efforts, preparing bids and proposals
- Following up on completed estimates
- Lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management
- Compelling bids and proposals for potential projects
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s professional network and promote their services
- Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
- Daily use of CRM systems
