This is a brand new role to join the team, supporting and working with an experienced HRBP. The Junior HRBP is a trusted partner to managers and staff, responsible for a generalist remit, in an environment passionate about driving a positive culture.
The role:
Absence Management - Take a lead on coordinating absence management activities
Support HR BP and management team in Employee relations matters, carry out investigations and coach management
Manage the on boarding of new staff right up to induction
Support the HR Business Partners to run employee engagement activities
Coordinating with L&D on Induction schedules and deliver Induction content, representing the HR team as appropriate
Support in review of policies and process
To work on ad-hoc projects either as part of a project team or individually as required.
Systems Administration: To be systems administrator for our HR system Civica
We seek an experienced HR Co-ordinator/Advisor seeking to take the next step in their career. You will ideally have experience within social care/healthcare/charity as a preference. You will be extremely passionate about well being, engagement and live and breathe core values!
