Position: Care Assistant
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Hours: Full-time, 36 to 48 hours per week / Days (8 pm to 8 am)
Hourly Rate: £11.90

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to live with dignity and respect. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Description: In this role, you will:
* Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support residents with mobility and ensure their safety
* Help with meal preparation and feeding
* Engage residents in social activities and promote their emotional well-being
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families
* Liaise with healthcare professionals
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a care role is a plus but not essential
* A genuine passion for caring for elderly and vulnerable individuals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Relevant qualifications such as a care certificate, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
