I am recruiting for a well-established business based in Chorlton, who are looking to recruit for an experienced Bookkeeper on a part-time contract, that will be ongoing with no specific end date. This organisation have been in business for 30 years, and have 2 part time members of staff in the finance team currently and are looking to add a third.
The role is a general Bookkeeping role, including duties such as:
* Working on Xero accounting software
* Maintenance of and dealing with ledgers
* Bank reconciliation
* VAT returns
* Providing day to day finance support
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success and knowledge within Accounts. Experience on Xero would be great, if not the candidate must be highly IT literate and well versed on finance systems. You must also be happy to work on a part time basis of 7 hours per week - ideally across one day but this can be discussed.
This role is paying circa £19.00ph and is ongoing for the foreseeable.
