We are currently recruiting for an experienced Graphic Designer who has previously worked on graphic design for products from consumer retail, FMCG, wellness, health or supplements. This is a great opportunity for a Graphic Designer to develop their professional career at work in an exciting startup with big growth plans. You will need to be skilled and creative individual with Mid to Senior Level Graphic Design experience. As the sole Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand’s products and visual identity. You will sit within a close-knit team and assist in generating creative ideas to promote and drive the success of the business.

Key duties and responsibilities:
* Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with Founder and Marketing to develop & evolve brand identity.
* Graphic Design: For a wide range of marketing materials, including retail promotional materials, social media assets, and website graphics.
* Product Packaging: Be a perfectionist while design eye-catching and innovative packaging for products & upcoming new product development.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, sales and external agencies to ensure consistent branding across all touch points with the ability to work independently.
* Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design techniques to bring fresh and exciting ideas to the table
* Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements, and brand values of the business.
* Support the team with management of timelines, deadlines, and revenue generation for campaigns.
* Delivering consistent high quality work to support the development of the brand in the UK, setting the local and global standard as the brand rapidly grows internationally.
Skills and experience required:
* Prior experience working in startup or UK based brand with products in consumer retail, FMCG, wellness, health or supplements
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
* Experience in photorealistic rendering is advantageous
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Creativity: A passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and visual.
* University Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
