We are currently seeking an analytical data professional who enjoys all aspects of data management and reporting, to join our client in this newly created position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a small team of 2 data professionals.
* Oversee data optimisation processes to enhance data quality, accessibility, and usability.
* Develop and produce advanced reports containing variable management information to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Assist in the automation of areas of reporting.
* Compile bespoke data visuals and reports dependent upon client demands.
* Continuously improve data management practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a data management role.
* Previous leadership/management experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL and other general IT systems.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent understanding of data optimisation and reporting techniques.
* Demonstrated experience in producing advanced reports containing variable management information.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised.
