About the Job

This role involves ensuring the production of timely, accurate, and relevant management accounts and financial statements while maintaining tight internal controls. You will manage the accounts for several entities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget assistance.
Duties will include:
* Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts
* Conducting monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including client reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and tax accounts
* Preparing VAT and EC sales returns and reconciliations
* Managing intercompany charges and journal entries
* Analysing performance against key KPIs and providing monthly commentary
* Presenting client financial data to the commercial team
* Supporting year-end statutory accounts and working with auditors
* Assisting in the production of annual overhead budgets
* Undertaking ad hoc financial analysis and tasks as required by the finance team
About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA and possess strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. .
