**Role Overview:**
As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing candidate bookings for shifts, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing rotas. This role is highly candidate-centric, focusing on building long-term relationships with our candidates to ensure their needs are met and they are placed in suitable positions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Shift Coordination:** Efficiently manage and schedule candidates for various shifts, ensuring all positions are filled promptly and accurately.
- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Rota Management:** Oversee and manage rotas, ensuring that all shifts are covered and any gaps are addressed swiftly.
- **Candidate Relationship Building:** Develop long-term relationships with candidates, understanding their preferences and career goals to match them with the best opportunities.
- **Communication:** Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and clients, providing timely and professional communication.
- **Problem Solving:** Address any issues or conflicts that arise with scheduling or client needs, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of candidate availability, client requirements, and shift allocations using our internal systems.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all candidates meet compliance standards and are fully vetted before placement.
**About You:**
- Proven experience in a coordination or scheduling role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
