My client are looking for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join a busy and passionate team in Greenwich.

Main Responsibilities:
Administration:
* Manage pre-tenancy administration efficiently.
* Progress tenancies from offer acceptance to commencement.
* Maintain accurate tenancy records and manage occupant changes.
* Ensure all documentation and checks comply with legislation.
* Coordinate pre-tenancy cleaning and contractor work.
* Conduct pre-tenancy property checks.
* Arrange and manage property keys and related items.
Customer Service:
* Deliver high-standard customer service.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
* Provide clear, accurate information to customers.
* Solve problems proactively to prevent complaints.
* Achieve positive customer feedback, such as 5* Google reviews.
Operational:
* Stay updated on and adhere to legal requirements.
* Complete tasks accurately and on time.
* Propose improvements for efficiency and service quality.
* Report on KPIs and assist in arranging meetings and events.
* Maintain high organisation and diary management.
Person Specification:
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential administration.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Understanding of tenancy legislation and agreements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships.
* Exceptional customer service skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Resilient, pragmatic, and calm under pressure.
* Positive and enthusiastic personality, proficient in Microsoft Office, and a team player.
Desirable:
* ARLA qualification.
* Local area knowledge.
* Appreciation of design-led property construction.
