A great opportunity to join a leading telecoms business as a Senior Marketing Analyst
THE COMPANY
The business is one of the world’s leading telecommunications companies and they are in the process of an exciting Digital & Data transformation. With rapid growth year on year, the business are now looking to grow out their team with the hire of a Senior Marketing Analyst to their Analytics function.
As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be hands-on from a technical perspective and take responsibility for leading on customer analytics focused projects.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct advanced analysis to investigate causes of business challenges and coming up with solutions based on the data
* Working with data scientists to support on model building and analysis to solve challenges
* Working across customer projects including marketing campaigns, customer analysis, customer retention, customer loyalty, churn and more
* Visualising analysis and presenting results to stakeholders
* Acting as an SME across the business for customer analytics and marketing analytics
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong background in customer analytics (working across loyalty, retention, churn, CLTV etc).
* Strong technical experience in SQL, Data Visualisation and Python ideally
* Proven track record in stakeholder management and project management
