Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Birmingham. They are a leading company specialising in precision engineering, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/ Operator with expertise in milling to join our team. If you have experience with Fanuc and Mazak controls, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and processes.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with milling operations.
* Proficiency in using Fanuc and Mazak controls.
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate of £13 - £17, depending on experience.
* Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
* Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM
* Early finish on Fridays.
