ROADSHOW COORDINATOR
  
A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the team as a Roadshow Coordinator for 12 months!
  
ROADSHOW COORDINATOR ROLE:
* Managing the full execution process of Non-Deal Roadshows
* Coordinating one on one and group meetings with investors
* Ensuring all information included in scheduling system is current
* Keeping the company updated ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road
* Managing all last-minute and late changes and ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times
* Ensuring calendar invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars
* Updating internal systems post-event with final attendees
* Managing all roadshow logistics for in-person roadshows
* Arranging flights, hotels, ground transfers, AV requirements, visas, and catering
* Arranging and attending all group meetings and meetings at external venues
* Preparing investor profiles
* Reconciling expenses post-roadshow
ROADSHOW COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
* Willing to work 5 days in office
* 2 – 4 years of experience working in roadshow execution
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Advanced MS Office Skills
