SENIOR DATA ANALYST
UP TO £75,000
LONDON - 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
THE COMPANY
This is a leading media and telecommunications company.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Support the business with tackling business challenges by conducting deep dive analysis to find the root cause
* Generate great insights and recommendations to better understand the customer base
* Work across various teams like data scientists to support model building and analysis
* Gather data from online and offline channels
* Utilise data visualisation tools like PowerBI to create reports on acquisition campaigns, customer base management, churn propensity etc.
* Always make data-driven decisions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* SQL experience - querying data, report building, joining tables and large disparate datasets
* Able to create compelling presentations with a commercial focus
* Customer analytics expert - understanding the concept of loyalty, retention churn and CLTV
* Python is a desirable
* Subscription/telecom experience is a big plus!
