SENIOR CUSTOMER DATA ANALYST
£55,000 - £75,000
HYBRID - CENTRAL LONDON - 2 days a week in the office

This fintech business is well-renowned globally, and now they are expanding their customer analytics team!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Customer Data Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Leveraging SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets
* Datasets would be related to customer behaviour, acquisition, churn, engagement, etc.
* Work on customer value lifetime models
* Collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders to understand their needs and create solutions
* Optimising customer segmentation and personalisation through A/B testing and statistical analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on customer data
* SQL experience is needed
* Data Visualisation experience is a plus
* Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders will be beneficial
