We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool, who are recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer on a permanent basis.
The annual salary is £31,500 per annum with a mileage reimbursement.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Resident Liaison Officer, experience with public sector maintenance and a vehicle is a non-negotiable.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Liaising with social housing tenants in relation to a variety maintenance works including kitchen and bathroom refits and various ongoing maintenance projects
* Acting as an intermediary between tenants and the Association’s in house construction team
* Keeping manual and electronic records of ongoing works, complaints and enquiries
* Actively participating in tenant satisfaction surveys
* Identifying and assessing tenant’s ability to cope with ongoing workloads
* Promoting value for money with continuous service improvement in the area
Experience required:
* Experience required in Social Housing
* Experience with planned maintenance
* Experience dealing with tenants

Working hours:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
