Robertson Bell is partnering with a housing association, during an exciting period of change to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for to support the Development team. This newly created role will act as the face of finance for the Development Team.
Duties for the Finance Business Partner (Development) will include but are not limited to:
* Undertake thorough financial checks on appraisals produced by the development teams, ensuring accurate assumptions are made.
* Act as the Finance expert for the financial planning and financial modelling system.
* Review development team cash flows and bids, subsequently inputting all information into the business plans, issuing up to date long term business plans on a quarterly basis.
* Regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads, Directors and Local Boards to assist with long term decision making.
To be considered, you should be:
* A qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or qualified by experience)
* Experienced in development finance within the social housing sector.
* A clear communicator who is able to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
