This global consulting firm are looking for a Staff AI Scientist to help set up and grow their new AI Hub, involving Research and focusing on using advanced AI techniques to solve clients problems.
THE ROLE
As a Staff AI Scientist for the business you will:
* Liaise directly with and pitching to external clients to bring in new business for the AI team
* Work with Senior Stakeholders to help grow the AI hub, hiring new talent
* Manage a team of AI Consultants as the AI hub grows
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong academic background to PhD level in a relevant field
* Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consultancy
* Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with either external clients or non-technical stakeholders
* Research experience from academia or working in an R&D environment
* Experience using more advanced AI methods
* Experience leading projects
* Tech: Python, SQL
SALARY AND BENEFITS
* Basic salary £120,000-£150,000
* Hybrid working - working onsite at various client locations on a weekly basis
* Bonus

INTERVIEW PROCESS
* 3 Interviews involving a presentation
