Part Time Legal PA - London Law Firm - 2 days / week - Competitive Salary & Bens
We are looking for a proactive and diligent Part TimeLegal PA to join a Law Firm in London, working 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday).
This is a great opportunity to join a lovely law firm based near Holborn. A competitive salary is offered together with a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension scheme, private healthcare and life insurance.
Key responsibilities as the Part Time Legal PA will include:
* Proactive diary and email management
* Arranging internal and external meetings and organising travel as required
* Extensive client liaison
* File / matter management
* Preparation and management of documentation
* Billing and financial management - assisting fee earners with billing procedures
* Processing expenses and assisting with time recording
* Updating the CRM database

What we’re looking for:
* Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience
* Experience working for a number of busy fee earners at the same time is sought
* Competent organisational skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Proactive analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced PC skills including MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
* Enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude
* Ability to work 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday)
