Business Development Manager
£60-65,000 pa
Hybrid working, based in Aberdeen
 
An exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager has arisen with an ambitious travel management company.
* Part of a small team, this role is to win profitable business in line with individual targets
* To promote the brand to a targeted audience
* The ability to present, attend client meetings and network across Scotland is required
* To develop a strategic pipeline of business leads to assist with the future growth of the company
* Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
* Track leads and document interactions with prospects through the CRM database
* Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
* Establish and develop strong client relationships
* Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the areas of Margin
* Assist the Head of Business Development in achieving short, medium and long term goals for the business
* Establish strong relationships within internal departments
 
* Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience
* Travel experience is preferred but not essential
* Proven ability to close the deal, get in front of decision makers
* Use of Salesforce advantageous or CRM systems
* Ambitious, motivated, passionate, professional and flexible are some of the key attributes for this role
