Training and Education Manager/ London / Hybrid / £52,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who specialise within digital and data solutions for the world’s largest retailers and those within the marketplace. We are recruiting for a Training and Education Manager who will play a key role in overseeing all training and education activities across the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
* To oversee training marketing and collateral, both online and offline, and support the continued development of the marketing to both members and non-members.
* To manage the company’s Learning Management System
* To work with the company’s and industry engagement teams and other stakeholders as required to develop, deploy and refine training and education content.
* Ensure that management information is up to date, accurately reflects progress of the activities of the team.
* To work cross-departmentally to identify training requirements that support strategic projects.
* To maintain up-to-date information and reports and show performance against agreed KPIs.
* To manage internal and contracted learning and content designers as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in the design and implementation of learning strategies
* Experience in a focused training role, identifying training needs etc
* Experience in partnering/managing subject matter experts, external consultants and solutions providers
* Experience in both learning design and delivery
* The ability to work effectively across diverse teams (such as industry engagement, marketing, consulting, technical and information systems).
* Experience of managing and leading people.
Package:
* £52,000
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
