Job Description:
Product Marketing Manager from a SaaS background within HRIS, HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS or similar software) required to join exciting, collaborative team in this remote opportunity.
Working for a forward-thinking HR & Payroll SaaS provider that approaches the market with a fresh, dynamic approach. You will take responsibility for developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate the value of product offerings to customers and drive sales.
This will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams (product management, sales and creative services) to develop go-to-market plans, launch new products and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
What they require:
* Must have worked in a product marketing role within a B2B SaaS provider of HRIS, HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment or similar software) for 2+ years.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns within HRIS, HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment or similar SaaS environments.
* Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
* You are comfortable working in a remote environment, managing your own time with occasional office meetings
What the role will involve:
* Develop go-to-market plans and launch new products.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
* Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of their products to customers.
* Create sales enablement materials including presentations, demos, and case studies.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
* Manage product marketing budgets.
Salary: £60K to £70K plus 25 days holidays (+bank hols), birthday leave, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Employee Assistance program, £250 WFH budget, buy and sell annual leave, regular social events.
Location:Remote (UK based as required to attend company events from time to time) or Hybrid (if you prefer you can go into the London office).
