Product Marketing Manager
Location - East Midlands, opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week
Our client, a market leader in the automotive and motorcycle industry sector, has exciting opportunities for 2 x experienced Product Marketing Managers to join their dynamic and growing team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving the go to market strategy for the product portfolio, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting the wider business through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of category and product propositions for each new product and service in conjunction with the Marketing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
* Lead and manage the marketing activities for the product portfolio.
* Develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve product revenue goals.
* Lead on the development of a comprehensive product launch roadmap, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Provide insights to the product development team, as well as supporting on research, product specification and pricing.
* Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and enablement.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Person Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in product marketing with expert knowledge in the automotive or motorcycle industry sector.
* Extensive experience of launching new products and managing the lifecycle of established products in domestic and international markets.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
* Ability to analyse market data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
