Job Description:
This role will support the Communications function in implementing the communications programme of activity.    You will lead the management of the reputation of the business as a responsible investor and an employer of choice, through managing relationships with external audiences. 
The right candidate will be an individual with previous experience in a Communications role and who has evidence of managing multiple projects of varying scale, to budget and on time, which may have improved or protected the reputation of an organisation.  A self-starter who excels in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will have excellent organisational and leadership abilities and have evidence of digital and social media handling to promote the reputation of an organisation.
With outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to assimilate technical information and present it in a cogent and understandable manner, you will have an understanding of internal communications, developing content and channels to engage colleagues. Your experience will include the end-to-end management of corporate events and of building long term valuable relationships, particularly with media relations.
Experience of the asset management industry or other financial services sector is hugely desirable, as is proven experience of writing and/or managing corporate reporting.
