Job Description:
Job Title: Treasury Manager
Salary: £45k - £55k
Location: SW London
Summary:
We are representing one of London’s leading independent property service companies, with estate & lettings agencies, property and block management as well as financial services. This role will be reporting into the Accounts Director and be responsible for all aspects of treasury and managing a small team.
The ideal person will have treasury experience, within real estate as well as management exposure. You must live within a commutable distance to SW London as this is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising the Banking and Finance Administrators
* Liaising with our Bank Relationship Manager
* Maintaining and Reconciliation of the company Payments Accounts
* Reviewing balance of all bank accounts, to ensure that no accounts have overdrawn balances
* Processing of faster payment and supplier bacs payments (main payment runs Mon/Thurs)
* Processing of the company monthly payroll
* Monthly reconciliation of the company Invoice block and control of the company debtor account
* Reconciliations and moving of client’s payroll vat to their company bank account or notional account
