Job Description:
A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Goods In / Dispatch Operative to join our client’s team in Wickford.
Job Responsibilities:
* Receiving parcels/deliveries
* Check delivery quantity against delivery note and sign off relevant delivery documents
* Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries
* Maintain yard and department tidiness
* Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
* Liaise with customer to arrange collection times
* Arranging / booking deliveries and collections
* Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Must have experience in a similar role
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a desire to learn.
* Ability to work under own direction and monitor own workload.
* Ability to diligently follow work procedures and practices.
* Counterbalance forklift desirable/not essential
* Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.
* Heavy lifting
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30
