Job Title: HR Project Manager - 24m FTC
Location: Denbighshire - Office based.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
JGA are partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking an HR Project Specialist on a 2-year FTC to lead their recruitment, L&D and EDI projects and improvements.
Accountabilities * Develop and execute a recruitment plan to meet project timelines for additional headcount.
* Oversee trial periods for Manchester colleagues transitioning to Denbighshire.
* Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to create the EVP for external recruitment.
* Integrate the UK ED&I philosophy into recruitment to achieve a 50/50 gender balance.
* Attend educational institutes and recruitment fairs to attract future talent.
* Partner with the Capability Team to develop training plans for new hires and transfers.
* Work with the Capability Team to implement new ways of working as the site reaches full capacity.
* Coordinate with internal Talent Acquisition and GBS onboarding teams to ensure a positive candidate experience for the Denbighshire plant.
Skills, and Experience * Proven project management experience with a track record of successful high-profile projects.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
* Experience with manufacturing plants.
* Familiarity with external recruitment strategies, including EVP and EDI targets.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
* Excellent time management skills to keep projects on track.
* Adaptability to learn and implement new organizational structures across different plants.
