A1 Personnel are recruiting for an Installation Manager on behalf of our client based in Leigh-On-Sea. Apply Today!
Responsibilities:
* Plan and arrange for the safe and efficient installation of jobs via our own engineers and subcontractor network.
* Work to labour allowances and margins.
* Manage the on site process’s and issues arising including, variation orders, day works agreements.
* Manage on site issues as they arise and work through to a satisfactory outcome.
* Produce RAMs and upkeep them with assistance from H+S consultant.
* Liaise with suppliers to gain the best plant prices and service to improve our service and margin.
* Subcontractor network develop and maintain.
* Deal with after sales issues with bought in products or manufactured items.
* Engineer management including, training, work load, appraisals, discipline, motivation.
Requirements:
* Background within Door Installation desired.
* Experience managing a team of engineers required.
* Leadership and People Management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm.
