A Day Shift Production Manager is sought to work for a successful business in the Birmingham region that have grown significantly within the last few years. You will be responsible for the Production area, driving H&S, waste reduction, Quality, Cost & performance within the areas.

Description
* Drive manufacturing processes to meet production goals
* Implement and oversee quality control programmes
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation
* Manage budgeting and cost-saving
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
* Lead, motivate, and develop the production team
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
* Lead change within the department
Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (1 Hour Lunch)
Profile
A successful Shift/Production Manager with experience in a manufacturing environment, along with:
* Ability to manage a challenging culture and look for development for the long term
* Return to work and managing disciplinary process
* Proven track record in identifying change and shaping operations
* Able to work alone and have the desire to create change initiative
* Experience of creating and Delivering KPI’s and Service delivery for Customer
* Have good written and verbal communication skills.
* Be results driven and commercially minded.
