SALARY:                   £13.55 PAYE £14.51 UMBRELLA

* Coordinate housing management activities to ensure smooth transition for service users.
* Support tenants to manage their rent.
* Manage void rooms/properties for quick turnaround.
* Engage with residents and provide support to maintain a positive living environment.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
The right candidate should possess the following:
* Experience in housing management or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using housing management software.
 
Preferred Requirements:
Ideally, you will have:
* A relevant qualification in housing management or a related discipline.
* Prior experience in a similar housing management coordinator role.
* Demonstrated knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
