Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator must have strong administration skills and attention to detail, must be a team player, be well-presented and a polite, tactful and friendly character, have the ability to follow processes and procedures and to be comfortable with referring to managers where necessary. To be able to deal with customers in a patient, calm and effective way and be able to work as part of a team. Excellent organization, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail required. Strong problem-solving skills necessary. Very good written and verbal communication is required.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator

· Manage orders received by the company in a timely and accurate manner.

· Work with other employees to resolve any issues identified.

· Follow processes and procedures set.

· Resolve any issues with processing orders received.

· Maintain records and keep catalogues up to date.

· Produce reports and metrics as required.

· Support the sales team in their efforts

· Attend relevant sales meetings or functions as required.

* Minimum 5 years’ administration experience in a fast paced environment

* High degree of accuracy

* High levels of professionalism and integrity

* Organisational skills

* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

* Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times

Extensive use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project
