A great opportunity for a DV Cleared Network Engineer to be a part of a key project transforming Defence Technology Services with cutting-edge digital solutions and innovative technology. If you’re a Cisco-focused network professional holding DV clearance this role can be your next technical challenge.

Working in a hybrid capacity on a very secure site (DV Clearance required) based in Gosport 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switching, routing, IPS)
* Leverage your knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or OCI)
* Collaborate with various departments to meet network requirements
* Monitor and optimize network performance
* Provide timely support and resolve network issues


Requirements:

* Experience with firewalls and firewalling
* CCNA certification or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in switching and routing
* Hands-on experience with Azure or OCI
* DV Clearance


The ideal candidate will also have a working Knowledge ofsome of the following:

* F5 Load Balancers and Fortinet products
* CCNP certification
* Datacenter operations
* Azure or OCI
* ServiceNow and SolarWinds
