Assistant Management Accountant / Based near Liverpool City Centre / up to £37,000 DOE + Study support / Great mentor to help with development / Innovative company and industry
The successful candidate will be keen to develop and get stuck in. You will be able to communicate across the business both internally and externally and be looking to further your knowledge and experience of the below duties as the company continue their journey of growth.
This role is progressive and you will strengthen your analysis skills and gain Stakeholder exposure.
Active studier of ACCA/ACA/CIMA essential

Duties of the Assistant Management Accoutant:
* Supporting with the preparation of the Management Accounts pack
* Processing monthly journals - including Accruals and Prepayments
* Bank reconciliations
* P+L Analysis of multiple P+L’s
* Preparing VAT returns & HMRC submissions
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting with Year End audit
* Liaising with Cost Centre Heads to investigate variances
Person Specification
* Good understanding of what goes on during a month end
* Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
* Strong IT skills
* Must be actively studying
Who will I report in to?
This role will report into the Financial Controller
