Building Safety Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £54.5K plus many benefits. Hybrid Working.
An outstanding and dedicated Building Safety Manager is sought to join our client’s Asset Management Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Senior Management team to further develop our client’s building safety framework and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of fire, asbestos, and water safety statutory requirements.
* Produce and maintain building safety cases for relevant buildings.
* Manage day-to-day fire and structural safety of high-rise residential buildings.
* Serve as a clear point of contact for residents and stakeholders on fire and safety issues.
* Ensure compliance with building safety legislation and regulatory obligations.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in building risk management with comprehensive knowledge of building construction.
* Familiar with the Building Safety Act and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in report writing and IT skills.
