Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm in Glasgow who are seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Private Client Tax team.
Ideal for a recently CTA Qualified individual (ATT Qualified/ CTA student also considered) looking for their next step up into management with lots of flexibility and an excellent work/ life balance.
You will be working with an impressive client base including UHNWIs, HNWIs, and OMBs involving ad hoc advisory work, tax planning, compliance, and regular client liaison.

The Role:
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
Preparation and review of Personal Tax returns
Capital gains tax computations
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Assisting the Partners & Management with advisory work
Reviewing the work of junior staff members
Liaising with HMRC.
Dealing with client queries
Ad hoc advisory work

You:
ATT Qualified / CTA Part Qualified/ Qualified
Strong Personal/ Private client tax experience within a practice environment
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Personal tax compliance proficiency
Strong communication skills
