A very impressive property development and management firm are looking for someone to join the team to support an onsite development. This is a broad role where you will be managing tenants and supporting with any day-to-day issues, supporting with marketing vacant spaces, and organising regular tenant events.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a great first role with lots of variety, where you can learn so much about client management, marketing, event management and client negotiating.  You are the kind of person who loves interacting with people, has great communication skills and is service-orientated.  Typical duties include:
* Being the first point of contact for tenants
* Coordinating for maintenance to organise any fixes
* Taking inbound enquiries and booking viewings
* Supporting with viewings and following up accordingly.
* Being proactive with marketing and promoting the site and vacant plots.
* Coordinating events for the tenants
* Ad-hoc project duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will enjoy being in a service-orientated environment and be able to demonstrate with customer-facing work experience during education. You will be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
* Strong academics – ideally degree level or similar
* Experience in customer service based roles
* Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* Efficient problem solver
* High attention to detail
