Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable organisation in the Stockport area, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 month FTC. This role is predominantly working from home apart from one day a week in the office. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with excellent customer service experience looking for a full time role and to develop their skillset. The organisation offer a range of excellent benefits including 27 days annual leave plus bank holiday alongside a generous pension scheme.
Duties will include:
* To be the first point for a wide range of customer queries
* Captivating quality calls to ensure high valued service is reach by information gathering and administrating onto the system
* Taking a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Person:
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience handling inbound calls
* Possess strong communication and listening skills
* Strong system skills
